Interesting how the information changes in one day. One day I'm told they can special order a product and give me a quote the next I get told that there is no way I got a quote for same product. Both supervisors by the way. I think I willing to pay more somewhere else so they don't get the money.

Knowledgeable le employees. Great cookies. Been there a few times and only one times with issue. Had to replace water hose on refrigerator and had employee show me location of hoses. He handed me hose kit. I told him that I only needed 2 feet of hose to replace and needed it to be the size of the hose that I had in my hand which I took off the frig myself. He insisted that the hose He gave me was correct and I showed him the 2 hoses at the same time and asked him "do these 2 hoses look the same size ) and you could clearly see that the hose that I brought was larger . He answered that they were. At that point I had to figure out what was it that he saw that I didn't. I thank him and looked around for the first employee available. I handed that employee the hoses and asked him was there anything about the hoses that were the same his answer was they seemed to be made out of the same material. We both agreed that inside and outside measurements were not the same. I did not tell the employee that I had another employee tell me that they were the same. I guess my point is if you feel that something just doesn't seem right, keep asking, even to a 4th or 5th person. That's it. I make it

I can’t tell you how refreshing and pleasant it is to shop in this store. Sure, the free cookies and popcorn are great! But once you try to find something at Home Depot, wandering the aisles for hours without an employee in sight, you might be overwhelmed by the nonstop offerings of assistance at HomeCo. The staff are always extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Thank you!

They seem friendly when you walk in the door even give ya cookie and a coffee...Don't let them fool you. Their attitude changes really quick when you need a refund. I purchase thousands of dollars worth of tools and supplies every year from this place. This particular purchase five piece drill bit set, around 100 bucks. After getting home I didn't purchase a deep enough bit for my hole saw in addition one of the 5 drill bits had a crack in it. Oh well, back to Homeco to exchange. I don't mind to pay a premium at home co because I thought they had good customer service. I went to return the bit today. Only a couple days old had the receipt original package all parts. They said since the package was opened they could not return it. It does not State this policy anywhere. I assumed the clerk was just making it up because she assumed I was one of these people that buys a tool and uses it and then returns it like a free rental. I wasn't... I was actually exchanging it. It was so frustrating because I knew that she was judging me. I asked for a manager and the clerk said I am the manager and this is our return policy. I asked can I see the return policy and she said well it's
